GL Live VI: Evolution

This is with out doubt the best GL Live to date, the strange thing it was the first time with 2 unsigned US acts. With both artist little known in the UK when the promotional wheel started 6 months before, the response was truly amazing. Starting with Richie Righteous a Gospel Rap veteran at a young age from New York, Queens , delivering hits from his album “RICH resting in Christ Hands”. And with Mali Music he came with an urban worship, which amazed the crowd in the UK with track from “the 2econd coming”. UK support was from Husky, Tunday, TP, Lola Godheld, Jerome & compere Simply Andy, enjoy the videos!

FREE RECORDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR UP-AND-COMING ARTISTS!

Gospel Link 360 and Kingdom Time Entertainment are happy to announce that they are jointly producing their first ever FREE mix tape showcasing top tracks from new unsigned and signed American and UK-based urban gospel artists.

The first edition is has been mixed by top New York DJ Tony Tone features fellow New Yorker and rapper Richie Righteous and is open to all gospel artists looking for a platform to share their ministries and their songs. There are already plans underway to produce the second mix tape, with plenty of opportunities for American and UK-based artists to put themselves forward for consideration.

Roger Moore, CEO of Gospel Link 360, says: “Gospel Link 360 and Kingdom Time Entertainment have been developing a relationship which has grown rapidly and with a common purpose to establish Kingdom principles. The idea behind the mix tape is that it’s an outlet for gospel artists who may not otherwise have the opportunity to get involved with the gospel movement. The artist could be signed or unsigned, but what matters most is their attitude and vision and their desire to use music to communicate faith and truth.”

Marcus Hall, Kingdom Time Entertainment CEO, says: “We’ve seen all kinds of exciting connections develop as a result of this project. One of the most amazing performances at the GL Live event was Richie Righteous. Because of our relationship with Richie, we were introduced to Tony Tone and the project grew from there. The vision of both Kingdom Time Entertainment and GL Live is to raise up artists in the gospel community who wouldn’t normally get this platform. But beware: in the next few years the Gospel industry must be prepared for some unprecedented moves by this partnership!”

GL Live returns with the seventh event in the series and now it’s all about Legacy! Strongly declaring that it’s time to see with bigger vision that there is something going on which is larger than ourselves. We build spiritually on the legacy of truth, which has been hard won by the Christians who have gone before us. Brothers and sisters have been martyred for some of the basic stuff we take for granted like translating the Bible into English or believing we can go directly to God for the forgiveness of our sins.

But what Legacy is this generation leaving for those who follow us? What dynamic spiritual frontiers are we crossing to take the cause of Christ forward? GL Live is a platform for those continuing to develop hip hop ministry in the USA and UK. In music ministry terms, after the amazing success of GL Live VI, prepare for another amazing three nights when GL Live VII Legacy happens in June. Prepare to be stunned by talented American rappers Trip Lee, Tedashi and DJ Official who have developed with Atlanta based Reach Records, alongside Lecrae and have already started influencing the next generation coming through.
